Damien Clifford

Damien has over 20 years property and construction consultancy experience and is a Partner and Co-Owner of EthosEQ Construction Advisors. Over the last 10 years, Damien has focused on the London and wider UK & EMEA fit-out and refurbishment market working for clients such as Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity Investments, Bank of America, Accenture, Google, HMRC, Equinix, YMCA and Gensler.

Damien holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, a Diploma in Residential and Land Agency and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). He holds Freedom of the City of London and is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors. He has also provided contributions to industry leading publications such as RICS Modus, Construction News Magazine, Mix Interiors Magazine and is the author for RICS’s Isurv Construction Channel on Procurement Strategies.
