He has led the delivery of more than 5 million sq. ft. of office space over the past decade, helping clients achieve cost certainty, efficiency, and brand-aligned environments.

Colin combines senior-level expertise with a UK-based cost management model to give clients clarity, consistency, and confidence across their portfolios. His approach goes beyond numbers – balancing budgets with vision, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring better project outcomes.
