About Us

We Are EthosEQ

As AI continues to advance, it is inevitable that many aspects of cost consultancy and quantity surveying — particularly data analysis, cost estimation, and some elements of project management — will become heavily AI-driven. However, the human and emotional aspects of consultancy, such as building trust, fostering relationships, navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, and providing personalised guidance, are areas where AI will struggle to fully replicate human expertise.

Our consultancy is about more than just raw data and algorithms. We understand and connect with clients, bring balance to teams, guide projects and develop our people with empathy and emotional insight. These qualities are inherently human.

EthosEQ Team

Why EQ?

Music and Psychology are two of my passions. In music, EQ (Equalisation) is one of the most crucial tools in achieving balance. It allows you to enhance or reduce specific frequency ranges, ensuring each element sits perfectly in the mix. Mastering EQ is not about drastic changes but subtle enhancements and corrections that bring harmony and balance to the overall sound.

In Psychology, EQ is an abbreviation for Emotional Quotient: a measurement of a person’s emotional intelligence i.e. their ability to understand their own feelings and the feelings of others. For leadership positions, EQ accounts for 90 percent of success.

Little Village Logo (Green)

EthosEQ Support Little Village

Little Village are a London based baby bank (like a food bank, but for baby items). They support London based families with children under five who are living in poverty. They provide them with good quality pre – loved clothes, shoes, toys, books, beds, prams, bottles, as well as nappies, wipes and much more.

We may be small today, but we’re committed to growing in a way that lifts others as we climb. Our support of Little Village is a reflection of that – and we look forward to doing more as we grow.
